catching some zzzzz!

Talk about one tired baby!! I have to brag about my precious Ashlyn! She really is such an amazing baby! She has the sweetest disposition and cute little personality. The evening around here can get a little crazy! Trying to get a healthy dinner made, have fun with all the girls, homework, cleaning, bathing, reading, etc . . . . there is only so much time to fit it all in before bed time. Ashlyn is always such a trooper during this part of our day. She eats and plays and is normally content as long as she can see one of us around the house. If she gets tired of a certain toy or area she fusses a little and we change her environment and she is once again a happy baby :) On this particular evening we were all doing the above mentioned craziness and Ash was playing in her walker. I kept hearing her babble and shaking her toys so I new she was doing good. I got busy and was surprised that I hadn't heard her fuss and wanting to change activites yet so I went to check on her and . . . well, a sleeping baby is what I found. So precious!!!!! Aw, to be able to sleep anywhere . . . those were the days!~

Jump Rope for Heart

Today Brook participated in her first Jump Rope for Heart fundraiser. She was very cute when trying to raise $ for this great cause. People would ask her how much she was going to jump and she would look quite puzzled. So then they would ask "Can you jump rope?" and she would proudly say "no, not really" with a huge smile on her face! Priceless!! So, she did do a little jumping and a lot of fighting with the rope but overall she did great!

Oh my sweet Riley! This kid is scared of nothing! Unless she is "acting scared" with her Sissie. Here, she woke up before dawn and snuck through a very quite, dark house to the playroom all so she could put on a little lipstick. Who doesn't want a little princess lipstick before 6:00am! Caught ya sweetie :)

Ashlyn Grace

Ashlyn is now 6 months old . . . as of yesterday morning. She is doing so many new things each day . . . including jumping off of tables . . . it is hard to keep up with her! She has tried many new foods, such as: green beans, peas, sweet potatoes, squash and carrots. And she loves them all! Soon we get to enter the world of fruits! Oh yummy!! Hi All,
I have been meaning to start a blog for quite some time now. Don't know how good I will be at updating . . . cause we all now how good I am at keeping up with stuff! I love checking out my friends blogs and photography blogs so I am hoping to keep this up and update all our friends and family on fun and exciting things going on with the Tidwell's. We all know by fun and exciting things . . . . I truly mean what Brook, Riley and Ashlyn are up to!
